CRIS horse payout "Blunder" <HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->apparently they are having a problem with horse payoffs and are now DEBITING players accounts on July 20th for ERRORS that THEY MADE well over a week ago and now they are taking money from players accounts........this IS THEIR PROBLEM and they should get reimbursed by their software company, insurance company or write any losses off and receive a big tax deduction.....and if they don't pay any taxes then they are well ahead of the game.....BUT DON'T TAKE THE MONEY FROM PLAYERS ACCOUNTS AS THIS WILL ONLY PISS OFF THE CUSTOMERS AND SEND THEM PACKING TO OTHER SPORT BOOK COMPETITORS.......IF THEY DEBIT AN ACCOUNT CAUSING A NEGATIVE BALANCE DO THEY "REALLY " EXPECT THE PLAYER TO DEPOSIT FUNDS TO BRING IT TO A ZERO BALANCE OUT OF NEGATIVITY....IF THEY DO THINK THAT THEN THEY ALSO BELIEVE IN "SANTA CLAUS"........I agree they should recoup any losses they may have incurred but not from the players, trust me they carry plenty of insurance and have lots of clout with their software provider especially since they recently revised their website and that is who should reimburse CRIS...........I rest my case
